Join Mike Dynie for a weekend course in the fundamentals of Ashtanga Yoga — everything you need to get started in a regular practice, including:

  • Detailed practice manual that covers a complete beginner practice, yours to keep.
  • Simple alignment principles to help you confidently develop your practice and understand the relationships between all postures.
  • Overview of the Ashtanga system as a philosophy with historical context

Each day includes a lecture supported by a guided practice, followed by opportunities to have your questions addressed and receive individualized instruction within a group practice setting.
