In this seminar we will explore techniques to achieve spacious, pain-free backbends. Focusing on Urdvha Danurasana and other preparatory backbends, we will dive deep into the anatomy of the spine, examining its relationship with the ribcage and diaphragm. You will discover how to use your breath as a toll to create space in your body, and how to effectively engage your core and your legs to support your spine.
