- Standing with strength and balance: exploring diverse standing postures, one leg and arm balancing as well as inversions.
 - Articulating your mobility: focus on shoulder and hip range of motion.
 - Extension and expansion: preparing the body safely for a repertoire of back bending postures.
 - Refine and flow: putting the first 3 pillars in motion in a creative flow sequence using props.
 - Restorative: tone the intensity of the practice to rest the physical and mental body in a peaceful state.
