Mysore yoga is a potent way to develop an understanding of how to practice Astanga Vinyasa Yoga at your own pace.
This 2-week course is aimed at students with little or no previous experience of Ashtanga, or anyone who has practiced Mysore before and would love to re-discover their morning momentum.
We will be studying breathing techniques, drishti (gazing points) and fundamental postures. By the end of the course you will have learned a dynamic yoga sequence that you can use for life. The price includes a 2-week practice pass so that you can immerse yourself into our morning classes after the course has ended.
Consistency is a key element to discovering the rewards of a Mysore practice – this course will help you commit to a regular morning Mysore attendance!
