In this class we will explore a variety of Hatha Yoga postures from a modern perspective, many of which feature in the Astanga Vinyasa Series. Ashtanga Kontinuum is an approach to Hatha Yoga where you’ll explore:
- Foundational alignment and refined biomechanics of each posture to build strength and improve flexibility and balance, whilst paying deep attention to the rhythm of the breath.
- Props will be used to support and deepen the range of motion in a caring environment for each participant.
- Be ready for detailed instruction combined with fun and laughter!
