Yoga teachers and practitioners alike can hugely benefit from a solid understanding of the human body’s structure and function. In this series, we will explore the functional anatomy of the major joints and muscles involved in yoga postures, with a particular focus on how they work together to create movement.

This 4-part series is designed to help you deepen your knowledge of anatomy, and examine how common anatomical variations can impact the practice of yoga.

You can join individual workshops, or register for all four.

  • Spine and Pelvis – Saturday, Nov 22, from 2-5pm
  • Lower Limb: Hip, Knee and Ankle – Sunday December 14, 9-12pm
  • Upper Limb: Shoulder, Elbow and Wrist –Sunday Feb 15, 9am-Noon
  • Breath and the Nervous System – Sunday March 8, 9am-Noon

Investment:

$210+hst for the whole series, or $70+hst per workshop

Workshops are non-refundable.
