Ashtanga Kontinuum: 5-Week Hatha Series for Strength and Mobility
Dates: September 21, 28, October 5,19 & 26 from 11:30am-1pm

This series is aimed at keep the momentum going on your mat over 5 weeks by delving deep into 5 specific pillars of yoga. Here’s what we will explore:
  • Week 1 – Standing with strength and balance: exploring diverse standing postures, one leg and arm balancing as well as inversions.
  • Week 2 – Articulating your mobility: focus on shoulder and hip range of motion.
  • Week 3 – Extension and expansion: preparing the body safely for a repertoire of back bending postures.
  • Week 4 – Refine and flow: putting the first 3 pillars in motion in a creative flow sequence using props.
  • Week 5 – Restorative: tone the intensity of the practice to rest the physical and mental body in a peaceful state.
