An exploration of the fundamentals of Astanga Vinyasa Yoga. This course will provide you with essential information to help you delve into this dynamic practice in a safe and accessible way, with a focus on breath and postural alignment. Includes two free classes to take at any time after the course has finished. By the end of this workshop series, you will have developed a short yoga sequence that can be practiced anywhere!
