March 14-15, April 11-12 and 25-26
Led by Imad Khaddaj
Welcome to the Evolutionary Path of Yin Yoga. This training program offers a unique blend of Yin Yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and healing practices.
Whether you’re a yoga teacher looking to expand your knowledge, a
practitioner interested in deepening your personal practice, or someone curious about integrating Yin Yoga into daily life, this course offers a well-rounded toolkit that supports physical, energetic, and emotional well-being.
This training is grounded in a top-down and bottom-up approach, working simultaneously with awareness, attention, and perception, as well as the body’s tissues, breath, and nervous system physiology. Breath cultivation and pranayama are woven throughout the training as essential tools for regulation, awareness, and integration. Through this combined approach, Yin Yoga becomes a powerful practice for nervous system regulation, emotional release, and the reduction of physical and mental stress, guiding individuals toward greater inner stability, clarity, and ease.
What makes this program unique is its integration of Tui Na massage, acupressure, breath cultivation, and energy-based practices, all woven into the context of Yin Yoga. You’ll learn not only how to guide Yin Yoga postures, but also how to support holistic well-being through breath-led awareness, hands-on techniques, and mindful approaches that can be applied both in teaching and in day-to-day personal practice.
The course includes four detailed training handbooks, and all course hours are YACEP certified for yoga teachers.
